With the first signs of spring lingering in the air, we made our way to the pretty village of Sturminster Marshall last week for a Sunday of countryside walks and blossom spotting. We bathed in the warmth of the sun while enjoying drinks in the small beer garden of one of the pubs and explored the village streets lined with picturesque cottages, each one more beautiful than the last. It wasn’t just the adorable homes that I instantly fell in love with, but the tranquil atmosphere floating from one end of the village to the other, too. We walked hand in hand, the sun on our faces and our wintry knitwear slightly out of place on this beautiful spring day.

I’m currently travelling around Canada and honestly I miss the UK so much – this post definitely hasn’t helped haha! It looks like such a gorgeous place, I’m excited to finally return to my home country.
Have a great week 🙂

Oh but that sounds absolutely incredible! I do know what you mean, though, about missing home and its comforts! Have a wonderful week, too, and rest of your travels ☺️

What a beautiful place! I just love seeing all the magnolia and blossom trees around villages, they all look so pretty and I just can’t resist stopping to take photos of them! Lovely photos Milenka 🙂 x
